Knowit Solutions in Linköping is looking for a senior, business-driven, and strategically strong leader who wants to take overall responsibility for building, developing, and growing our business in the region. This is a role for you who want to combine business acumen, technical understanding, and leadership – and who sees a CEO role as a natural next step in the long run.

You will step into a position with a clear mandate to create growth, build business, and strengthen Knowit Solutions' position as a leading IT partner in Östergötland, in close collaboration with Knowit's other business areas in Linköping.

As Head of Solutions in Linköping, you have overall responsibility for the development and results of the business. You are the one who sets the direction, builds the business, and drives growth – both strategically and operationally.

In the role:

• you will develop and deepen relationships with the region's most important customers

• identify and realize new business opportunities

• lead and drive sales processes

• strengthen Knowit's presence in the region's technology and innovation environment

• collaborate closely with Knowit's other business areas to maximize business and impact

The role is broad, business-oriented, and influential – with good opportunities to develop over time towards a CEO responsibility. Do you want to combine leadership with your own consulting work within your expertise? There is room for that, and it is encouraged.

We are looking for someone who is senior in their profession and confident in leading business in complex contexts. You have a technical background but are primarily driven today by building business, relationships, and results.

We believe that you:

• have a background as a senior developer, tech lead, or solutions architect

• have gradually moved closer to the business and taken clearer overall responsibility

• are used to senior customer dialogues and decision-makers

• have held roles with business, delivery, and/or personnel responsibility

• have experience in building teams and recruiting within tech

• thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive issues all the way to completion
